"My husband and I hired White Elm Films to shoot our wedding in early June. Honestly, wedding videography was low on our priority list. The main reason we did it was because we heard from so many friends and family that either they regret not having video or that the video is their favorite memory. But it wasn’t something that we wanted to prioritize financially. Enter White Elm Films. I loved the bright and clean style of their films and when we saw their affordable pricing compared to other videographers, we were ready to book! Their business model is different from private individual videographers. Because they have a network of videographers, you don’t actually know who is going to show up on your wedding day. But that is what allows them to keep their prices so affordable, they can book multiple weddings in multiple locations on the same day! We weren’t terribly concerned that we had never met or spoken to the videographers who would be at our wedding, but let me assure you that if you are concerned, there is no reason. The videographers who came to our wedding were AMAZING! They were on time, professional, and so much fun. My husband and I do not like being the center of attention and are not comfortable in front of the camera. Having two photographers and two videographers follow us around all day is not something we would typically enjoy. But they made the environment so relaxed and fun. And obviously most importantly, our video is so beautiful and we're so glad we hired White Elm Films!"

"We'll start off by saying that Kindred Canvas is absolutely extraordinary and you should check out their stunning work right now. It's very budget-friendly in these times of ever-increasing costs and the whole team was just great to work with. Me and my wife were so nervous about giving the team good shots to film and how everything would work, but they were largely quiet observers who popped in every now and then to prompt us for different shots. They operate by employing many camera operators across the country, and I felt like the crew we got was very professional, kind, and experienced with shooting weddings to know what shots would work great. So as they said to us, there was nothing to worry about at all. Our final video was just hands-down incredible and more than what we could've ever asked for. It was color graded real nice and captured a lot of the feel we wanted (shots of the venue, details of the decorations, lots of family and friends, a sense of us as a couple, our silliness, our warmth, and our request not to feel too "over-produced" while still looking professional and pretty). They have such a large library of songs too and the one they landed on was just perfect for our highlight video. We even requested an edit to swap out something and they did a wonderful job doing that while still capturing the feel. We felt so taken care of throughout the whole event and even when we had to switch the day of filming to another day (due to a venue issue), Kindred Canvas had our back and was incredibly flexible and empathetic to our needs. I could go prattling on about how good it was to work with the entire team, but you should experience it yourself by giving them a shot. I was able to outline all the important events that I wanted captured so the videographers that were sent that day could record them and even choose the songs we wanted to capture the essence of our wedding. Given the rising costs of all things wedding-related, we initially wanted to pass on a videographer. At the last minute, we decided to search for someone ~1.5 months out from our wedding. The team immediately initiated a call where we talked through things efficiently and had all our questions answered in 15 minutes. Additionally, Kindred Canvas even surprised us by editing a separate 12-minute video of our cultural tea ceremony, free of charge!
